NFR Group strengthens its Cyber Security team with Lars-Henrik Gundersen. Lars-Henrik Gundersen has more than 25 years of experience in information security, and we warmly welcome him!
Lars-Henrik Gundersen has over 25 years of experience in information security, digital security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. For many years, he has advised public authorities and companies with critical societal functions, including financial institutions. He has also served as CEO of the Norwegian Centre for Information Security, which is part of the Norwegian National Security Authority.
Lars-Henrik has extensive operational experience with maturity assessments, risk mapping, supplier oversight, and the implementation of security culture across a wide range of organizations. He has also assisted clients in ensuring compliance with DORA and ISO 27001 and in strengthening digital resilience throughout the entire value chain. His broad experience across different types of organizations has given him deep insight and understanding of how robust information security management systems can be built, and the importance of tailoring them to the specific organization.

Lars-Henrik holds an MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management from the University of Leicester, as well as a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in security and risk management from BI Norwegian Business School.
